迈恩认为打造英伦风情小镇有四个重点：聚集人气的中心广场，集中布置商业和会所所形成的商业街，并结合这些低层建筑设置一个塔楼，为小镇的最高点和地标性的视觉焦点。广场、街道、塔楼连接在一起，就形成了整个风情小镇富于变化、尺度宜人的界面。

      海德花园项目将小镇风情商业街结合城市绿地设计，拉动本地块及周边的商业人流；将售楼处结合广场设计，营造英伦风情的场景；通过道路，将住区分成三个独立的组团，有利于分期建设和分期管理；根据用地周边的环境，将小区规划为北高南低，东高西低的空间布局，趋利避害，最大化的提升小区的居住品质。
